A personal record built around your treatment
Learn who Hormone Ledger is for and how its purpose as a hormone treatment record differs from providing medical care.
Developed by Samantha Benwell
I created Hormone Ledger from my own experience of managing hormone treatment and keeping track of blood results, medication, appointments and clinic documents.
Why I created Hormone Ledger
I wanted one place to bring those records together, understand the treatment context behind each blood test, and prepare a clear summary for appointments.
From a personal need to a shared tool
That personal need grew into Hormone Ledger: a practical record for people following feminising, masculinising or individual hormone treatment plans. Its purpose is to help people organise their information and have better-informed conversations with their clinicians.
Why bring the information together?
Blood results, prescriptions, clinic letters and personal notes often live in different places. Bring them together so the story behind each test is easier to find.
Designed for different treatment plans
Built for transgender and non-binary people recording feminising, masculinising or individual prescribed hormone treatment. Keep the medications, results and personal details that reflect your own plan.
A record, not a medical provider
This is a personal record, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend treatment changes. Keep your specialist’s guidance alongside your laboratory information for your next conversation.
Personal information under your control
Your personal workspace requires sign-in. Export your saved records and original documents, review a report before sharing, and manage your account in Settings. Read the Privacy Notice before adding health information.
Keep your treatment information together
A personal record, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
